Journal Prompts - 7 Day Check In Challenge!
Oh hey doll....
After reading 'Think like a Monk' Jay Shetty
I have very quickly been inspired to check in
with myself. Get to know myself a little better.
Oftentimes, we check on those around us but neglect
ourselves. It's beneficial because it can improve
your mood, your energy, your relationships with
others, and your productivity."
I have set myself a 7 day journal challenge and
created a series of questions to reflect on the day.
After testing this myself, I had to share it.
I have found it both insightful and helpful.
7 Day Journal Challenge
Complete the questions below over
7 consecutive days.
1) What went well today?
2) What didn't go well today day?
3) What did I think about the most?
4) What did I learn?
5) What emotions come up?
6) 3 Things I am grateful for today?
Find your theme for the day.
What was your main focus?
Why was you so focused on that?
You'll start to notice all the answers
tie in to one another.
There will be a Theme.
Look for where this may have started in the day.
Look at the good, the bad in all your decisions.
Could you have acted differently, are you proud
of a way you dealt with something.
Learn or praise yourself sisterrrrrr!
Never forget to find the things you are grateful for. Even if
you're having a bad day
